In an agile oriented environment, you leverage the latest market leading technologies and solutions. Your actions will help our teams achieve our ambitious business goals by implementing a data centric enterprise architecture dedicated to Capital Markets.

The position is located within our Global Markets IT department at Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB). Detect anomalies before they impact users and trigger appropriate remediation actions.

Maintain dashboards and alerting relevant to business operations.

Investigate recurring incidents and platform shortfalls.

Document findings and formalize proposals to address identified issues, working with development and infrastructure teams to implement fixes.

Cross Regional Collaboration

Work closely with support and delivery teams in Asia and globally to ensure follow the sun coverage and share best practices across the GMI organization.

Platform Tooling & Automation
