The successful candidate will develop and execute change and communication strategies, partner with business and initiative leaders, and help coordinate stakeholder impacts across concurrent change efforts.

Your future duties and responsibilities

  • Develop multi-channel messaging strategies and timelines informed by data and stakeholder input.
  • Provide strategic consultation to business leaders on people-related change strategies and change-risk mitigation approaches.
  • Coordinate alignment across competing initiatives, identify risks, and recommend timing adjustments.
  • Develop communication plans and materials that connect enterprise narratives with stakeholder-specific actions.
  • Partner with initiative leaders to identify and assess stakeholder risks, issues, and opportunities associated with concurrent change initiatives.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to integrate and align change efforts through a stakeholder-focused lens.
  • Partner with Change & Communication teams and enabling functions to plan and deliver a seamless, value-driven experience for internal partners.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

  • 7+ years of experience in change management, communications, or a related field supporting complex projects.
  • Experience supporting large-scale change initiatives or transformation work.
  • Strong project and content ownership.
  • Experience leading both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience creating, monitoring, and interpreting stakeholder change-readiness and adoption metrics throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Ability to develop multi-channel messaging tailored to different audiences.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and managing internal stakeholder dynamics.
  • Strategic consultation skills, including experience coaching and influencing business leaders on people-related change strategies and change-risk mitigation approaches.
