CGI est à la recherche d’un(e) Développeur(se) expert(e) IA afin de concevoir, développer et déployer des solutions d’intelligence artificielle avancées visant notamment à automatiser et accélérer différentes activités du cycle de vie du développement logiciel (SDLC).

Dans ce rôle, vous travaillerez sur des solutions basées sur les LLM, agents IA, systèmes multi-agents, RAG et Model Context Protocol (MCP). Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes de développement, d’architecture et d’opérations afin d’intégrer ces capacités aux outils et processus existants.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Concevoir, développer et déployer des agents IA autonomes et semi-autonomes pour automatiser des tâches complexes du SDLC.

Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des serveurs MCP (Model Context Protocol) permettant d’intégrer les LLM aux systèmes internes, outils de développement et sources de données d’entreprise.

Identifier les opportunités d’accélération du SDLC : génération et revue de code, tests automatisés, documentation et déploiement.

Développer des pipelines avancés de Prompt Engineering et des chaînes d’agents avec orchestration multi-agents.

Concevoir et intégrer des solutions de Generative AI, LLM, RAG et agents IA.

Intégrer les solutions IA aux outils DevOps, notamment CI/CD, systèmes de ticketing et gestion de versions.

Collaborer avec les équipes de développement, architecture et opérations afin de favoriser l’adoption des pratiques IA.

Assurer la qualité, fiabilité et observabilité des agents IA en production : monitoring, tracing et évaluation des résultats.

Effectuer une veille technologique sur les LLM, frameworks agentiques, MCP, function calling et tool use.

Documenter les architectures, décisions techniques et guides d’utilisation destinés aux équipes internes.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en développement logiciel, dont au moins 2 ans en IA/ML appliquée.

Expérience pratique dans le développement d’agents IA avec LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI ou technologies équivalentes.

Expérience pratique dans la conception et l’implantation de serveurs MCP.

Expérience d’intégration de LLM via des API telles que OpenAI, Anthropic ou Azure OpenAI.

Excellente maîtrise de Python et des bonnes pratiques de développement logiciel : tests, revue de code et gestion de versions.

Expérience avec les architectures RAG et les bases de données vectorielles telles que Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector ou équivalent.

Bonne compréhension du SDLC, DevOps et MLOps.

Expérience avec CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes et Git.

Capacité à concevoir et maintenir des solutions IA robustes et prêtes pour la production.

Excellentes capacités d’analyse, de résolution de problèmes et de communication.

Capacité à vulgariser des concepts techniques complexes auprès d’intervenants non techniques.

Bilinguisme français et anglais requis.

Atouts

Expérience avec des outils de développement assistés par IA tels que GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codeium ou équivalent.

Connaissance approfondie de MCP, OpenAI Assistants API et Anthropic Tool Use.

Expérience en évaluation et benchmarking de LLM avec des approches ou outils tels que LLM-as-a-Judge, RAGAS ou PromptFlow.

Certification AI/ML sur une plateforme Cloud : Azure AI Engineer, AWS Machine Learning ou GCP Professional Machine Learning Engineer.

Expérience en services-conseils ou livraison de projets clients.

CGI offre une estimation raisonnable de la fourchette salariale pour ce poste. Le calcul de cette fourchette dépend de divers facteurs, notamment le niveau de compétence, le marché géographique, l’expérience, la formation ainsi que les licences et certifications professionnelles. Les décisions en matière de rémunération dépendent des particularités de chaque cas. Une estimation raisonnable de cette fourchette salariale se situe entre 60,000$ et 130,000$. Ce poste est vacant.
