Your future duties and responsibilities

Votre futur environnement

Vous rejoindrez une équipe spécialisée dont la valeur ajoutée repose notamment sur :

Le développement de solutions backend en Java / Spring Boot;
Les architectures microservices et API REST;
Les intégrations complexes entre systèmes internes, plateformes spécialisées et partenaires;
Les solutions technologiques de détection de fraude et AML;
Les pratiques DevOps et CI/CD;
Les environnements AWS;
Une livraison agile dans un contexte bancaire réglementé et à haute criticité.

Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les développeurs, analystes d’affaires, architectes, responsables produits et différentes équipes technologiques partenaires.

Vos défis et responsabilités

À titre de Développeur(se) Java Senior, vous participerez activement à l’ensemble du cycle de développement des solutions du domaine Fin Crime.

Vous serez notamment appelé(e) à :

Concevoir, développer et maintenir des solutions backend robustes basées sur Java, Spring Boot et une architecture microservices;
Développer et faire évoluer des API REST et des intégrations intersystèmes;
Participer aux décisions de conception et à l’évolution de l’architecture applicative;
Proposer des solutions répondant aux enjeux de performance, sécurité, résilience et scalabilité;
Faire évoluer les applications en fonction des besoins d’affaires et des exigences réglementaires;
Réaliser des revues de code et promouvoir les meilleures pratiques de développement;
Accompagner les développeurs juniors et intermédiaires et contribuer au partage des connaissances;
Identifier et réduire la dette technique, les vulnérabilités et les risques technologiques;
Intégrer les pratiques DevOps au cycle de développement : CI/CD, automatisation des pipelines et gestion des artéfacts;
Collaborer avec les analystes d’affaires et les architectes afin de clarifier les besoins et les spécifications techniques;
Participer au diagnostic et à la résolution des incidents en production dans le respect des SLA;
Contribuer à l’amélioration continue de la qualité, de la stabilité et de la maintenabilité des solutions;
Participer activement aux cérémonies agiles : planification, refinement, revues de sprint et activités de programme.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Compétences techniques

Minimum de 3 années d’expérience en développement logiciel backend;
Solide expérience en développement Java;
Très bonne maîtrise de Spring Boot et des architectures microservices;
Expérience concrète dans la conception et le développement d’**API REST** en environnement de production;
Bonne maîtrise de Python pour le scripting, l’automatisation ou les intégrations;
Expérience avec les pratiques et outils CI/CD tels que Jenkins, GitLab CI ou équivalent;
Bonne maîtrise de Git et des pratiques de gestion du code source;
Connaissance des environnements AWS, un atout important;
Expérience avec les outils Atlassian tels que Jira, Confluence et Xray.

Ce qui vous permettra de vous démarquer

Expérience avec une solution de détection de fraude ou de lutte contre le blanchiment d’argent (AML);
Connaissance des mécanismes de surveillance des activités suspectes, de filtrage des sanctions ou de scoring des transactions;
Connaissance du domaine Financial Crime / Fin Crime / AML / Fraud Detection;
Expérience dans un environnement **bancaire ou financier réglementé**;
Expérience avec SonarQube ou des outils similaires d’analyse et d’inspection du code;
Connaissance des pratiques de sécurité applicative, notamment OWASP et la gestion sécurisée des secrets;
Expérience avec des systèmes critiques nécessitant un haut niveau de disponibilité, de traçabilité et de sécurité.

CGI offre une estimation raisonnable de la fourchette salariale pour ce poste. Le calcul de cette fourchette dépend de divers facteurs, notamment le niveau de compétence, le marché géographique, l’expérience, la formation ainsi que les licences et certifications professionnelles.
