Développeur Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform

In the context of projects involving the implementation, migration, or upgrades of the Microsoft Dynamics platform for our clients, your future responsibilities will include:

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Implementation, development, and configuration of the Dynamics application in conformity with the documentation analysis;
• Development of plugins, web resources, etc., using JavaScript, C#, and other standard Dynamics development mechanisms.
• Configuration and development of Power Pages and/or Power Apps applications
• Creation, development, and support of data migrations, integrations, and interfaces with existing systems; experience with Power Automate
• Creation and maintenance of tests (unit tests, smoke tests, etc.) as well as automation of testing and deployment processes
• Production of technical documentation
• Implementing changes to the application in accordance with change management procedures and assisting in the transformation of business requirements
• Assisting in requirements analysis and proposing solutions for complex business problems
• Participating in the estimation of complex technical tasks
• Configuring and using code management and deployment tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
  
  

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Qualifications Required for Success in This Role

• Degree in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in information technology
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a business analyst, designer, or developer
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform solutions
• Ability to analyze functional requirements and implement the corresponding components in accordance with quality standards and best practices.
• Experience integrating with existing systems, as well as with data conversion and migration.
• Be able to configure and scale Dynamics 365 and Power Platform staging, production, and continuous deployment environments.
• Be able to diagnose and resolve issues identified during testing and implementation.
• Be fluent in spoken and written French and produce high-quality technical and administrative documents.
  
  

Recommended Qualifications And Non-essential Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.
• Recent Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certification
• 6 years of experience in information technology
• 6 years of experience as a business analyst, systems analyst, or developer
• 6 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform solutions
• Experience with the Dynamics 365 Customer Service or Dynamics 365 Field Service modules
• Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI
• Experience with cloud architectures and model-driven solutions.
• Ability to participate in workshops, communicate with stakeholders, and translate business requirements into configured solutions.
• Knowledge of tools for tracking tickets, source code, and deployments.
• Experience in consulting and/or the IT services market
• Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies

CGI provides a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position. The calculation of this range depends on various factors, including skill level, geographic market, experience, education, and professional licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions are based on the specifics of each case. A reasonable estimate of this salary range is between $60,000 and $120,000. This position is currently open.
