Lead and mentor a local team of approximately 15 professionals while leveraging global delivery capabilities as needed.
Foster the growth and professional development of team members through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with alliance partners to support business growth and innovation.
Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing consulting professionals through networking and industry engagement.
Drive continuous improvement in delivery excellence, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

10+ years of progressive leadership experience within a technology consulting or systems integration organization.
Demonstrated expertise in the Canadian and/or U.S. Life Insurance industry, with a strong understanding of business operations and technology transformation.
Proven track record of generating consulting and systems integration sales through trusted executive relationships.
Experience managing complex consulting engagements from opportunity identification through successful delivery.
Strong business development experience, including opportunity qualification, proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiations.
Demonstrated success managing executive client relationships within Ontario-based life insurance organizations.
Experience managing P&L, revenue targets, profitability, forecasting, and financial performance.
Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary consulting and delivery teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
