Parallèlement, l’émergence de l’intelligence artificielle transforme profondément la manière dont les solutions sont conçues, codées et mises en production. L’équipe d’incubation explore et évalue ces nouvelles capacités IA, identifiant les opportunités les plus prometteuses pour améliorer l’efficacité et le flux de travail des développeurs.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Tâches et compétences recherchées :

Collaborer avec l’équipe d’incubation pour comprendre, challenger et prioriser les fonctionnalités IA à maturer.

Concevoir, développer et livrer des fonctionnalités IA destinées à améliorer l’expérience développeur.

Industrialiser des prototypes IA et les amener au niveau de qualité requis pour une mise en production (fiabilité, sécurité, performance).

Participer à la mise en place de meilleures pratiques de DevX et du DevSecOps.

Assurer une intégration fluide des outils IA dans les pipelines CI/CD et les environnements de développement.

Collaborer avec les équipes de sécurité, plateforme et ingénierie logicielle pour garantir des déploiements conformes aux standards organisationnels.

Développer des solutions applicatives conformes aux normes d’architecture dans des domaines tels que le génie logiciel, l’infrastructure technologique, la sécurité de l’information, la gestion des données ou l’intégration de données et d’applications.

Documenter et maintenir le processus de déploiement DevSecOps en tenant compte des outils et pratiques présents à chacune de ses étapes, et veiller à son application par l’ensemble des équipes de réalisation de la VPTI.

Collaborer aux travaux de conception de solutions avec le(s) concepteur(s).

Assurer une vigie constante des tendances dans sa spécialité afin de participer à l’évolution et à la promotion des méthodologies, cadres, outils et services de pointe respectant les normes et standards de l’entreprise.

S’assurer que la documentation technique nécessaire à la pérennité des éléments conçus soit produite, validée et maintenue à jour.

Supporter l’opérationnalisation et le déploiement des solutions.

Profil recherché :

Un profil « jack of all trades » serait un atout pour ce projet. Connaissance des outils d’IA et des pipelines de développement requise.

Plus de 8 ans d’expérience en technologies de l’information, dont un minimum de 5 ans dans le domaine d’expertise ciblé.

Excellente capacité d’analyse et sens du détail.

Connaissance de l’écosystème Azure offert par Microsoft.

Expérience dans la mise en place et l’optimisation de processus DevSecOps (certifications AZ-400, GitHub Administrator, etc.) considérées comme des atouts.

Expérience avec les outils de gestion de développement logiciel (Azure DevOps Services, GitHub, etc.).

Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et à gérer plusieurs priorités.

Excellent communicateur, structuré et vulgarisateur technique, possédant un bon esprit de synthèse et sachant travailler efficacement en équipe.

Grande capacité d’identification et de résolution de problèmes.

Excellentes aptitudes à la coordination, à la négociation et à la prise de décision.

Expérience de travail en mode Agile, LEAN et ITIL.

Connaissance fonctionnelle de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit. Le bilinguisme sera considéré comme un atout.

Connaissance des produits ou concepts suivants (atout) :

Docker, Kubernetes, Git, GitOps, Artifactory, SonarCloud, xUnit, SpecFlow, Postman, Terraform, Ansible Automation Platform, REST, Kafka, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban.

Expérience concrète dans l’intégration de l’IA pour améliorer le cycle de développement logiciel (SDLC) : automatisation, génération de code, revue de code assistée, tests intelligents, documentation, optimisation des pipelines CI/CD, etc.

Capacité démontrée à évaluer, adapter et industrialiser des fonctionnalités IA dans des environnements complexes et fortement réglementés.

CGI offre une estimation raisonnable de la fourchette salariale pour ce poste. Le calcul de cette fourchette dépend de divers facteurs, notamment le niveau de compétence, le marché géographique, l’expérience, la formation ainsi que les licences et certifications professionnelles. Les décisions en matière de rémunération dépendent des particularités de chaque cas. Une estimation raisonnable de cette fourchette salariale se situe entre 70,000 $ et 115,000 $.
