Support release management activities from a project code perspective and provide advanced support for operational activities, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and performance tuning.
Serve as a technical resource for modelling, simulation, analysis, and technical or business guidance.
Ensure applicable quality, security, and compliance requirements are incorporated into supported solutions.
Contribute to continuous improvement, development best practices, process efficiency, productivity, and operational, tactical, and strategic planning.
