Original job description
We are currently seeking an SAP Quality Assurance Specialist to define and implement the quality approach for SAP implementation and transformation projects.
You will work with the various program teams to ensure that the delivered solutions meet functional, technical, and operational requirements before they are moved into production.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Define the program's overall quality and testing strategy.
Establish quality standards, processes, entry and exit criteria, and metrics.
Coordinate the various testing phases: unit testing, SIT, regression, performance, and UAT.
Ensure traceability between requirements, test scenarios, and results.
Oversee defect management and prioritization.
Lead quality reviews and follow up on corrective actions.
Produce quality metrics and reports for project governance.
Assess solution readiness before go live decisions.
Collaborate with functional, technical, integration, data, and security teams.
Promote test automation where appropriate.
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
Strong quality assurance experience in SAP projects.
Good understanding of SAP testing processes and S/4HANA projects.
Experience in defect management and coordinating complex testing cycles.
Knowledge of test and defect management tools.
Knowledge of SAP automation tools, including Tricentis/Tosca, is an asset.
Leadership, thoroughness, and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical, functional, and management teams.
Excellent command of French and English.
Required Qualifications
University or college degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
Significant QA and testing experience in SAP projects.
Experience in S/4HANA projects.
CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,000–$100,000. This role is an existing vacancy / a future opportunity.
