- Langages & frameworks : Python (PySpark, Pandas) SQL avancé (optimisation, modélisation, requêtes analytiques)
- Traitement de données & orchestration : Apache Spark Apache Airflow (ou équivalent) Pipelines ETL/ELT
- Plateformes cloud & data : Microsoft Azure (Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Data Lake) Snowflake Microsoft Fabric
- Gestion des données : Modélisation de données (3NF, dimensionnelle, Data Vault) Gestion des SCD (Slowly Changing Dimensions) Formats de fichiers (Parquet, Delta Lake, Avro)
- DevOps & DataOps : CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) Versioning Git Automatisation des tests de données
- Observabilité & monitoring : Logs techniques, métriques, alerting Outils de monitoring (ex : Azure Monitor, Datadog ou équivalent)
- Pipelines de données fiables, sécurisés et performants;
- Jeux de données prêts à l'usage, nettoyés, standardisés et historisés;
- Documentation technique complète et maintenue à jour;
- Solutions industrialisées intégrant tests, monitoring et automatisation;
- Expérience en ingénierie de données et intégration de données à grande échelle;
- Maîtrise des concepts ETL/ELT et des architectures data modernes;
- Expertise en SQL et bonnes bases en Python;
- Expérience sur des plateformes cloud (Azure, Snowflake ou équivalent);
- Connaissance des pratiques DataOps et CI/CD;
- Bonne compréhension des enjeux de qualité, sécurité et gouvernance des données.
- Rigueur et souci de la qualité technique;
- Capacité à travailler en autonomie et en collaboration;
- Esprit d'analyse et résolution de problèmes complexes;
- Orientation production (fiabilité, stabilité, monitoring proactif);
- Volonté d'amélioration continue et de partage des connaissances.

Responsibilities
Build reliable, secure, and high-performing data pipelines and deliver cleaned, standardized, and historized datasets ready for use. Maintain technical documentation and industrialized data solutions that incorporate testing, monitoring, and automation.
Requirements
Requires experience in data engineering and large-scale data integration, strong SQL expertise, and a working knowledge of Python, ETL/ELT, and modern data architectures. Candidates should have experience with cloud data platforms such as Azure or Snowflake and understand DataOps, CI/CD, data quality, security, and governance.
