Support cloud based delivery and environment administration, with Microsoft Azure experience preferred.
Contribute to system integration design, configuration management, and release readiness.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues across environments, services, and dependencies.
Support deployment, validation, and transition activities across build and migration phases.
Document system architecture decisions, configuration standards, and operational dependencies.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

8+ years of experience in systems architecture, infrastructure architecture, or enterprise application delivery.
Experience designing and supporting enterprise systems in complex, multi team environments.
Strong hands on experience with system configuration, environment setup, and platform support.
Experience with cloud based architecture and delivery, with Microsoft Azure preferred.
Working knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, messaging, and distributed environments.
Demonstrated experience working within AI enabled Software Development Lifecycle (AI SDLC) environments.
Experience using the Business Model Assisted Development (BMAD) framework or comparable AI native delivery practices.
Strong understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD, release management, and technical change control.
Ability to work across architecture, engineering, operations, and delivery functions.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with container platforms, Kubernetes, and cloud networking.
Experience with observability, monitoring, logging, and operational support tooling.
Experience in highly available, mission critical enterprise environments.
Experience within regulated industries.
