We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Operations Analyst Co-op student to join our growing Business Operations team supporting the Toronto Financial Services (TFS) business unit. As a member of our team, you will support key sales operations, business development processes and business governance activities. Working alongside CGI Consultants, Directors, and Executives, you will gain exposure to business operations, sales management processes, program management, financial reporting, and strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to combine a strong academic background with an entrepreneurial spirit while contributing to initiatives that support the continued growth of the business.
This role requires the ability to manage competing priorities, work within tight deadlines, and adapt to evolving business requirements while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
In an effort to foster collaboration and partner with clients, co-op students will be required to be in the office a minimum of 3 days a week.

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $18.5-32.5/hour. This role is an existing vacancy.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Sales Operations & Governance
- Support leadership teams throughout the sales process and develop an understanding of the organization's sales governance framework, including required reviews and approval processes.
- Provide feedback regarding how opportunities align with governance and mandatory review requirements.
- Collaborate with business leaders and opportunity teams to ensure all sales processes are followed and appropriately documented for audit and compliance purposes.
- Coordinate and facilitate senior leadership meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, documentation of decisions and distribution of action items.
- Review, prepare, and distribute meeting materials while ensuring all actions are documented and tracked to completion.
CRM Administration & Process Support
- Assist in the management and administration of the CRM platform (Microsoft Dynamics) and support adherence to established best practices.
- Act as a local CRM representative by assisting with issue resolution related to sales processes and system functionality.
- Educate and support team members in the effective use of corporate systems, tools, and processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
Technical Requirements
- MS Office Skills with a focus on Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics, is considered an asset.
- Interest in technology and business operations is considered an asset.
