Lead the subtrade buy-out process, with input from the estimating team, and in accordance with the PM manual.
Adopt and integrate all Chandos project management systems: Chandos Production System, Project Execution Plan, Quality Management system, Health and Safety Program and Project Management Manual.
Prepare detailed construction schedules, track on a weekly basis, and report results. Utilize Chandos Production System on-site to its full capacity, and meet or beat the project milestones and schedule.
Complete accurate monthly forecasts for all assigned projects.
Conduct Project End Book analysis in order to identify areas for improvement; make recommendations based on findings.
Train and mentor project coordinators - develop tomorrow’s leaders today
Foster client, consultant and subcontractor relationships that drive repeat business and strong referrals
Embed continuous improvement: streamline processes, reinforce safety best practices, capture lessons learned
