Job Description

At Chandos, we hire construction Superintendents who set the standard - technically strong, safety focused, forecasting experts that are proficient in technology and exceptional at leading people and projects. We have open roles currently but we also maintain a small, selective pipeline of individuals who genuinely align with our work, our values, and our approach to collaborative construction. Qualifications

Minimum requirements

5 years of Superintendent experience with a full scope general contractor not self performing developer
Commercial and institutional experience
Wood-frame expertise
Strong in scheduling, forecasting, building code, jurisdiction code
Highly proficient in technology (all of our systems are digital) including MS Project

Compensation Transparency

Assistant Superintendent I/II $92000 to $102000
Superintendent I/II/III $112,200.00 to $150,000.00

The base salary range for this role may vary based on your experience. This position also includes a competitive bonus program. Throughout the interview process, we’ll discuss your background to determine the best alignment for your experience level.

Responsibilities

Lead construction projects and teams while setting high standards for technical execution and safety. Manage scheduling and forecasting, apply relevant building and jurisdictional codes, and use digital systems to support project delivery.

Requirements

Requires at least five years of Superintendent experience with a full-scope general contractor, along with commercial and institutional construction experience and wood-frame expertise. Candidates should be strong in scheduling, forecasting, building and jurisdictional codes, and proficient with digital systems, including Microsoft Project.
