CHANGE Lingerie is looking for an approachable, dependable, and sales-driven Part-Time Personal Shopper to join our Oshawa boutique.
At CHANGE, personalized service starts with listening. Through professional bra fittings and thoughtful product recommendations, you’ll help clients discover the right fit for their needs in a welcoming, comfortable environment.
If you enjoy building relationships, working toward sales goals, and making a positive difference in someone’s day, we’d love to meet you.
What you’ll do
This position offers approximately 15–25 hours per week, based on business needs. You must have weekday availability and full availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Shifts may include daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday hours.

What you’ll do
- Deliver personalized service that respects each client’s comfort, preferences, and privacy.
- Provide professional bra fittings and recommend products suited to individual needs.
- Build lasting client relationships through attentive service and strong product knowledge.
- Actively contribute to individual and store sales goals.
- Learn about our collections, fitting techniques, and approach to client care.
- Support visual merchandising, deliveries, inventory, and daily store operations.
- Keep the boutique clean, organized, and inviting.
- Collaborate with your team to create a consistent, positive client experience.
- Experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
- A warm, outgoing personality and confidence serving a diverse clientele.
- A sales-focused mindset and motivation to achieve results.
- Reliability, initiative, and a collaborative approach.
- A willingness to learn professional bra fitting and provide service with care and discretion.
