CHANGE Lingerie is looking for an outgoing, dependable, and sales-driven Part-Time Personal Shopper to join our Queen Street boutique in Toronto.
We believe finding the right lingerie should feel comfortable, personal, and empowering. Through professional bra fittings and thoughtful recommendations, you’ll help every client discover styles that suit their needs and leave feeling confident.
If you enjoy connecting with people, achieving sales goals, and delivering exceptional service, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
This position offers approximately 15–25 hours per week, based on business needs. Candidates must have weekday availability and full availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Shifts may include daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday hours.

What You’ll Do
- Create a welcoming, personalized shopping experience that respects each client’s comfort and privacy.
- Provide professional bra fittings and recommend products tailored to individual needs.
- Build lasting client relationships through attentive service and product knowledge.
- Contribute to individual and store sales objectives.
- Develop your knowledge of our collections, products, and fitting techniques.
- Support visual merchandising, deliveries, inventory, and daily store operations.
- Help keep the boutique clean, organized, and inviting.
- Work closely with your team to deliver a consistent client experience.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
- An approachable personality and confidence connecting with a diverse clientele.
- A sales-focused mindset and enthusiasm for working toward shared goals.
- Reliability, initiative, and a collaborative approach.
- A willingness to learn professional fitting techniques and provide service with care and discretion.
