Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
An approachable personality and confidence connecting with a diverse clientele.
A sales-focused mindset and enthusiasm for working toward shared goals.
Reliability, initiative, and a collaborative approach.
A willingness to learn professional fitting techniques and provide service with care and discretion.
