We're looking for an enthusiastic Full-Time Personal Shopper (Retail Sales Associate) to join our team at Sherway Gardens. If you enjoy building relationships, achieving sales goals, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fashion retail environment, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As a Personal Shopper, you'll deliver a personalized shopping experience while helping customers find products they love.

Your responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional customer service from greeting to purchase.
• Performing professional bra fittings (full training provided).
• Recommending products based on customers' needs and lifestyle.
• Building lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat visits.
• Achieving individual sales targets and contributing to overall store KPIs.
• Supporting visual merchandising and maintaining CHANGE brand standards.
• Receiving, organizing, replenishing, and merchandising inventory.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming boutique environment.
• Working collaboratively with your team to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.
  
  

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is passionate about retail, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a sales-driven environment.

The ideal candidate has:

• Retail sales or customer service experience (fashion or specialty retail is an asset).
• A passion for helping customers feel confident.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A positive attitude and collaborative mindset.
• Motivation to achieve sales goals and performance targets.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Availability

This is a Full-time position offering approximately 25-30 hours per week.

To support our busiest shopping periods, applicants must be available to work:

• Thursday
• Friday
• Saturday
• Sunday
• Monday
  
  

Additional hours may become available during peak seasons, vacations, and holiday periods.
