What You'll Do
- Create a welcoming, personalized shopping experience that respects each client's comfort and privacy.
- Provide professional bra fittings and recommend products tailored to individual needs and preferences.
- Build lasting client relationships through attentive service and strong product knowledge.
- Contribute to individual and store sales objectives while supporting overall team performance.
- Develop your expertise in our collections, products, and professional fitting techniques.
- Support visual merchandising, inventory management, deliveries, and daily store operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting boutique environment.
- Work collaboratively with your teammates to create a positive and successful store atmosphere.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an asset.
- A confident, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for helping people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, results-oriented approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to learn professional bra-fitting techniques and develop product expertise.
- Reliability, adaptability, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work 10–25 hours per week, including weekends, evenings, and peak retail periods.

Responsibilities
Provide personalized shopping experiences, professional bra fittings, and product recommendations tailored to clients’ needs while building lasting relationships. Support sales goals, store operations, merchandising, inventory, deliveries, and a clean, welcoming boutique environment.
Requirements
Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is an asset, but lingerie experience is not required because training is provided. Candidates should be outgoing, dependable, results-oriented, comfortable working independently and with a team, and available for 10–25 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
