CHANGE Lingerie is looking for an outgoing, dependable, and sales-driven Part-Time Personal Shopper to join our team at Metropolis at Metrotown in Burnaby, BC.

At CHANGE Lingerie, we believe that finding the right lingerie should be a comfortable, personal, and empowering experience. Through professional bra fittings and thoughtful recommendations, we help every client discover styles that suit their individual needs and leave feeling confident.

If you enjoy connecting with people, achieving sales goals, and delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

Create a welcoming, personalized shopping experience that respects each client's comfort and privacy.
Provide professional bra fittings and recommend products tailored to individual needs and preferences.
Build lasting client relationships through attentive service and strong product knowledge.
Contribute to individual and store sales objectives while supporting overall team performance.
Develop your expertise in our collections, products, and professional fitting techniques.
Support visual merchandising, inventory management, deliveries, and daily store operations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting boutique environment.
Work collaboratively with your teammates to create a positive and successful store atmosphere.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an asset.
A confident, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for helping people.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, results-oriented approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
Willingness to learn professional bra-fitting techniques and develop product expertise.
Reliability, adaptability, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work 10–25 hours per week, including weekends, evenings, and peak retail periods.

No previous lingerie experience? No problem! We provide training to help you develop the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed to succeed.

What We Offer

A supportive, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment.
Comprehensive training in professional bra fitting, product knowledge, and personalized selling.
Opportunities for professional development and career advancement within CHANGE Lingerie.
Employee discounts on our collections.
The opportunity to participate in applicable store bonus programs, subject to eligibility and program conditions.
A rewarding role where you can make a meaningful difference in our clients' shopping experiences.

Why Join CHANGE Lingerie?

At CHANGE Lingerie, we're passionate about helping clients feel confident, comfortable, and supported. We believe exceptional service starts with knowledgeable, motivated employees who genuinely enjoy what they do.

As a Personal Shopper, you'll be more than a sales associate. You'll become a trusted advisor, helping clients discover their perfect fit while developing valuable retail and customer service skills.
