Reporting to the Director of Learning and Development, you’ll explore new approaches to learning, experiment with AI and digital tools, and turn ideas into engaging, practical training. From trying something new to seeing it put into practice, you’ll help employees build confidence, embrace new ways of working, and make organizational change happen. - Support the design and delivery of AI literacy training programs across the organization
- Develop training materials using AI tools, including presentations, facilitator guides, job aids, and assessments.
- Facilitate workshops and present project updates to senior leaders and stakeholders
- Collaborate with Internal Communications, IT, the AI Team, and business leaders
Change and learning rollout (about 40%)
- Create change communications that explain what’s changing, why it matters, and what employees need to do.
- Support change management projects tied to new systems, policy rollouts, and workforce transitions
- Partner with subject matter experts to understand what’s changing, who is affected, and what people need to learn
- Help manage the LinkedIn Learning platform, including content curation, learner communications, and usage reporting
- Build DEI and Indigenous reconciliation principles into learning design
Coordination and reporting (about 20%)
- Build and maintain project coordination assets, including workback plans, asset trackers, and scheduling documentation
- Support stakeholder engagement, gather feedback, and identify barriers to adoption.
- Track participation, learner feedback, and adoption indicators to improve training and change support.
What You Bring
- 2+ years in learning and development, change management, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Business, or an MBA
- Experience supporting people through a new tool, process, or organizational change.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools building job aides, modules or training
- Strong project management and coordination skills; you think in workback plans and asset trackers
- Experience designing or leading workshops, training sessions, or similar programs
- Based in, or able to relocate to, the Toronto area before your start date
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with change management frameworks such as ADKAR.
- Experience with Articulate Rise, learning management systems, or video creation tools.
