Original job description

At Castleview, we believe exceptional seniors care starts with creating a place that truly feels like home.

We are a smaller, resident-focused care home that offers a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere rather than the institutional feel of a large senior facility. Our residents each have their own private room, access to beautiful outdoor spaces, and - most importantly - a team of compassionate staff who take pride in the care they provide.

"Our residents do not live in our workplace; we work in their home."

This philosophy guides everything we do. We value meaningful relationships, personalized care, dignity, and creating a positive environment for both our residents and our staff.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking an LPN who is compassionate, dependable, professional, and passionate about providing excellent care to seniors.

Qualifications

  • Current BCCNM LPN registration/licence
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification
  • Current Criminal Record Check / Vulnerable Sector Check
  • Current TB test
  • Ability to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently while being a supportive team member
  • A genuine passion for providing high-quality, person-centred seniors care

What We Offer

  • Top-market compensation
  • Extended health care benefits
  • A supportive and welcoming team environment
  • A smaller, more personal care setting
  • Private rooms for our residents
  • Beautiful outdoor spaces
  • The opportunity to build meaningful relationships with the seniors in our care

If you are looking for a workplace where your work matters, your contribution is valued, and you can make a genuine difference in the lives of seniors, we would love to hear from you.

Please submit your resume in the strictest confidence.

All applicants must have a clean criminal record and meet the required qualifications to be considered.
