We're working with a growing, innovative technology business that is transforming how organisations manage their operations, deliver services and embrace digital change.

We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Solutions Consultant, Implementation Consultant or Business Analyst who enjoys solving complex business challenges, designing practical technology solutions and working closely with customers to deliver meaningful results.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of projects, influence solution design and play a key role in delivering technology-led transformation.

💡 The Opportunity

Working with a diverse range of customers, including organisations within the public sector, you'll be involved throughout the full solution lifecycle - from initial discovery and requirements gathering through to configuration, implementation, go-live and ongoing optimisation.

You'll act as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between business requirements and technology while helping customers maximise the value of their systems.

🔧 What You'll Be Doing

• Leading customer workshops, discovery sessions and requirements gathering.
• Translating complex business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions.
• Supporting Salesforce configuration, implementation and system optimisation.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation and operational efficiency.
• Working across functional and technical teams to deliver successful implementations.
• Supporting data migration, testing, user training and go-live activities.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders and becoming a trusted technology advisor.
• Contributing to solution design, best practices and continuous improvement.

🎯 What We're Looking For

We're interested in speaking with professionals who bring experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Salesforce Consulting: Implementation, administration, configuration or solution design.
• Functional Consulting: Requirements gathering, business analysis, process mapping and systems implementation.
• Solution Architecture: Designing and delivering customer-focused technology solutions.
• Public Sector Technology: Experience working with municipalities, government organisations or public sector customers.
• ERP & Business Systems: Experience implementing financial, operational or enterprise applications.
• Digital Transformation: Helping organisations modernise processes, improve efficiencies and maximise technology investments.

Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, municipal systems or government technology projects would be particularly interesting.

However, we're equally keen to speak with strong functional consultants and implementation specialists who bring transferable experience from ERP, enterprise software or wider digital transformation environments.
