Salesforce Developer
📍 Location: Victoria, British Columbia, Canada
💰 Salary: Up to CAD $100,000 per annum
🏢 Working Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 Days On-Site
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join a team in Victoria, BC. This is an excellent opportunity for a developer with experience building, customising and supporting Salesforce solutions to contribute to business-critical systems and deliver improvements across the Salesforce platform.
You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to develop solutions that improve processes, enhance user experience and support wider business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customise and maintain Salesforce applications and functionality.
- Build and enhance solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Flows.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and business applications.
- Troubleshoot issues, resolve defects and optimise platform performance.
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices, including testing, documentation and deployment.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience developing and customising Salesforce solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components and Salesforce declarative tools.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs and data management.
- Understanding of Salesforce security, testing and deployment practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Salesforce certifications would be an advantage.
