About the Role

We are seeking a PreSales Engineer to support the growth of ArgonOS across North America.

This role sits at the intersection of enterprise AI, data platforms, technical consulting, and customer strategy. You will partner closely with Sales, Product, and prospective customers to understand complex business challenges and demonstrate how ArgonOS can transform fragmented data into actionable intelligence.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable discussing architecture with technical teams, presenting business value to executives, and building compelling demonstrations tailored to customer environments.

As ArgonOS continues expanding in North America, this role offers the opportunity to help shape go-to-market strategy, customer engagement approaches, and technical positioning in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.

What You Will Do

Customer Discovery & Technical Consultation

Partner with Account Executives to understand customer business challenges, technical environments, and strategic priorities
Lead technical discovery sessions with stakeholders ranging from engineers to executive leadership
Translate complex customer requirements into tailored AI and data platform solutions

Solution Demonstrations & Technical Storytelling

Design and deliver compelling demonstrations showcasing ArgonOS capabilities and business value
Build customized proof-of-concepts (POCs), prototypes, and technical presentations aligned with customer use cases
Clearly communicate complex AI, data, and platform concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Technical Architecture & Solution Design

Advise customers on deployment strategies, integrations, and architecture considerations
Support discussions involving APIs, cloud environments, enterprise systems, and data ecosystems
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence future platform direction

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to refine technical messaging and improve customer outcomes
Contribute to demo assets, technical documentation, and enablement materials
Support strategic opportunities and help establish ArgonOS within the North American market

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in PreSales Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or related customer-facing technical roles
Experience supporting enterprise AI software, RAG platforms, analytics solutions, or data products
Strong understanding of APIs, cloud environments, enterprise architectures, and integrations
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences
Experience designing demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, or technical presentations for customers
Experience operating in high-growth or rapidly evolving technology environments
Experience supporting customers in industries such as manufacturing, government, financial services, healthcare, or regulated sectors
Excellent communication and presentation skills with a consultative mindset

La personne idéale est aussi à l’aise pour discuter d’architecture avec des équipes techniques que pour présenter la valeur d’affaires à des dirigeants ou concevoir des démonstrations convaincantes adaptées à l’environnement de chaque client.

Vos responsabilités

Découverte client et consultation technique

Collaborer avec les responsables de comptes (Account Executives) afin de comprendre les enjeux d’affaires, les environnements techniques et les priorités stratégiques des clients.
Diriger des séances de découverte technique auprès de parties prenantes allant des ingénieurs aux membres de la haute direction.
Traduire des besoins clients complexes en solutions personnalisées reposant sur l’IA et les plateformes de données.

Démonstrations de solutions et communication technique

Concevoir et présenter des démonstrations convaincantes mettant en valeur les capacités d’ArgonOS et sa valeur pour l’entreprise.
Développer des preuves de concept (POC), des prototypes et des présentations techniques personnalisées en fonction des cas d’usage des clients.
Expliquer clairement des concepts complexes liés à l’IA, aux données et aux plateformes technologiques à des publics techniques et non techniques.

Architecture technique et conception de solutions

Conseiller les clients sur les stratégies de déploiement, les intégrations et les considérations architecturales.
Participer aux discussions portant sur les API, les environnements infonuagiques (cloud), les systèmes d’entreprise et les écosystèmes de données.
Collaborer avec les équipes Produit et Ingénierie afin de transmettre les commentaires des clients et de contribuer à l’évolution future de la plateforme.

Collaboration interfonctionnelle

Travailler étroitement avec les équipes Produit, Ingénierie et Commerciales afin d’affiner le positionnement technique et d’améliorer les résultats pour les clients.
Contribuer à la création de démonstrations, de documentation technique et de matériel de formation et d’accompagnement.
Soutenir les opportunités stratégiques et contribuer au développement et au positionnement d’ArgonOS sur le marché nord-américain.

Qualifications

Plus de 8 ans d’expérience en ingénierie avant-vente (PreSales Engineering), ingénierie commerciale (Sales Engineering), consultation technique ou dans un rôle technique similaire en contact direct avec les clients.
Expérience avec des logiciels d’IA d’entreprise, des plateformes RAG, des solutions analytiques ou des produits de données.
Solide compréhension des API, des environnements infonuagiques, des architectures d’entreprise et des intégrations.
Capacité à vulgariser et à communiquer des concepts techniques complexes aussi bien auprès d’équipes techniques que de membres de la haute direction.
Expérience dans la conception de démonstrations, de preuves de concept ou de présentations techniques destinées aux clients.
Expérience dans des environnements technologiques en forte croissance ou en évolution rapide.
Expérience auprès de clients issus de secteurs tels que la fabrication, le gouvernement, les services financiers, la santé ou d’autres secteurs réglementés.
Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en présentation, avec une approche consultative.
