As our Health and Wellness Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated care team to deliver personalized support that makes residents feel valued, secure, and truly at home. You’ll be part of a collaborative management team, working together to ensure every resident’s wellness journey is dignified, engaging, and meaningful.
What You’ll Do
- Ensure residents receive the right level of care based on individual needs
- Use the full nursing process (assess, plan, implement, evaluate) to guide care delivery and wellness plans
- Complete required clinical documentation, including resident admissions, assessments, discharges, and progress notes
- Partner with residents and families in making informed care decisions
- Lead, support, and supervise Nurses and other wellness team members
- Respond promptly and professionally to residents and family concerns
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth daily operations and step into the Manager on Duty role
- Participate in our Joint Occupational Health & Safety Committee and champion safe work practices
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role in healthcare or retirement settings is an asset
- Registered Practical Nurse (RPN/LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with the provincial College of Nurses
- Proficiency in clinical documentation and understanding of resident care plans
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative and empathetic leadership style
- Valid Driver’s License, or reliable means of transportation

Additional Requirements
- May require carrying a company-issued phone and working flexible hours, including weekends
- Some travel may be required
- Comfort using AI and other digital platform systems and tools to support daily work
- Clear Criminal Background Check, VSS and TB Test where required
