Coordinate end-to-end pricing workflows through ClickUp, ensuring accurate submissions, validation, and communication to salons.
Process New Product Forms (NPF) and product attribute updates to maintain accurate master data.
Coordinate promotional signage, fixture guides, and merchandising requests through ClickUp and JotForm.
Validate promotional pricing, dates, and vendor funding details to ensure accuracy ahead of salon implementation.
Support product lifecycle management by coordinating disposition submissions for discontinued products.
Prepare and distribute monthly sales and billback reports to vendor partners.
Manage weekly "What's the Chatter" communications, ensuring salon teams receive timely and accurate merchandising and operational updates.
Support ClickUp and JotForm workflows, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
Act as a key point of contact for salon and operations inquiries related to pricing, promotions, and merchandising information.
Collaborate with Category Managers and cross-functional teams to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and support day-to-day business operations.

Who You Are

You're a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive professional who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and supporting teams to deliver accurate and timely results.

You align with our corporate values:

Start with the Power of You: You take ownership of your work, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality results.

Every Interaction Matters: You communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, and build positive relationships with internal teams, salon partners, and vendors.

Make It Memorable: You understand that the little details make a big difference and are committed to ensuring seamless execution that supports an exceptional salon and customer experience.

More Than Just Beauty: You recognize the importance of supporting the teams and processes behind the scenes that help bring great beauty products and experiences to our customers.

Commit to Grow and Learn: You're curious, adaptable, and always looking for opportunities to improve processes, strengthen your skills, and contribute to team success.

What You Bring

Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools; familiarity with JotForm is considered an asset.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with sales data, complex spreadsheets, and detailed product information.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate detailed merchandising information into clear, actionable updates.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to identify discrepancies, recognize unusual trends, and flag potential issues before they impact the business.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to support multiple stakeholders while adapting to changing business needs.
A commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
