Original job description

Company Description

As the world’s leading vendor of Cyber Security, facing the most sophisticated threats and attacks, we’ve assembled a global team of the most driven, creative, and innovative people. At Check Point, our employees are redefining the security landscape by meeting our customers’ real-time needs and providing our cutting-edge technologies and services to an ever-growing customer base.

Check Point Software Technologies has been honored by Time Magazine as one of the World’s Best Companies for 2024. We've also earned a spot on the Forbes list of the World’s Best Places to Work for five consecutive years (2020-2024) and recognized as one of the World’s Top Female-Friendly Companies. If you're passionate about making the world a safer place and want to be part of an award-winning company culture, we invite you to join us.

Check Point's SASE and cloud network security portfolio is the fastest-growing part of our business, and this role sits at the center of it. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you'll run a dual motion: sourcing and closing your own SASE opportunities end to end, and partnering with Account Managers as the product specialist on larger multi-product deals across mid-market accounts in the Canadian market.

Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative will help grow our business by researching, engaging, and driving potential into the funnel. You'll report to the Global Director, Inside Sales - Cloud & SASE and work closely with the Account Management, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architect and Channel Teams. You will act as a trusted advisor and guide partners through their Secure Network as a Service journey while accelerating partner revenue via enablement, support and program execution.

Own a quota. You'll self-source, qualify, and close SASE and cloud network security opportunities in your territory, with full ownership from first call through signature.
Act as the SASE specialist on AM-led opportunities, bringing product depth to multi-product cycles where the AM owns the account relationship.
Build technical credibility fast - you'll be the person who can walk an IT Director through ZTNA vs. legacy VPN, explain where SSE fits against their existing stack, and hold your own against Zscaler, Netskope, Prisma Access, and Cato in a live conversation.
Run structured discovery, build business cases tied to consolidation and cost takeout, and forecast your business accurately in Salesforce.
Partner with the channel on co-sell motions and with marketing on campaign follow-through in your patch.

Qualifications

2–4 years in a closing role at a technology company, with a documented record of hitting quota. SDR-to-AE progression counts.
Comfort selling into IT and security leadership - you can run a technical conversation without an SE in the room and know when to bring one in.
Demonstrated ability to self-source. Most of your pipeline should have come from your own outbound, not from marketing.
Experience in networking or security is a strong plus; experience selling SASE, SSE, SD-WAN, or ZTNA is a significant advantage.
Track record of collaborating and demonstrated success in sales organizations that foster teamwork
Target driven
Coachability
Positive personality
A “can-do” attitude that is not intimidated by a series of "No's"
Comfortable communicating with other people
Willingness to learn and grow with the company
Strong ability to problem solve and find new ways to create value
Must be eligible to work in United States without sponsorship now or in the future
