Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate Educational Assistant to work with Grade 10 student in Kimberly BC, in a home education context. This position is in person for 8 hours per week .
Rate per hour: $23 to $29

College students, youth group leaders, Sunday School Teachers.

- Educational Assistant Certificate/Behaviour Intervention training is an asset but not required
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a home-based learning environment.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to reliably travel to and work at the student’s home-based learning location.

Responsibilities
Provide in-person educational assistance to a Grade 10 student in a home education setting in Kimberley, British Columbia. Work eight hours per week to support the student's learning.
Requirements
Experience supporting elementary and high school students with behavioral challenges is preferred. An Educational Assistant Certificate or behavior intervention training is an asset but not required; candidates should be able to work independently and collaboratively, communicate effectively, and travel reliably to the student's learning location.
