As a Water Treatment Sales Rep, you’ll be the go-to expert helping customers protect their equipment, save energy, and stay in compliance - all while building a territory you’re proud of.
- 🤝 Build strong, long-term relationships with industrial, commercial, and municipal customers (from hospitals to data centers to manufacturing facilities).

- 🔎 Prospect through calls, networking, referrals, and site visits.
- 🎉 Track progress, celebrate wins, and build success with a supportive team behind you.
🔎 What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (technical sales a plus, but we train everything you need!).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers solve real problems.
- Comfortable traveling within your territory.
- Self-driven, organized, and curious learning about the world of water treatment.
- Valid driver’s license.
🌟 Why You’ll Love This Role
- 💰 Uncapped earning potential - you control your success.
- 🌱 Make a real impact by helping customers operate efficiently and sustainably.
- 🎓 Comprehensive and ongoing training - we provide continued sales training (to sharpen your selling skills and strategies) and technical training (on water treatment basics, testing, products, and solutions) delivered through a combination of virtual sessions, in-field/on-the-job coaching, and classroom-style sessions. No prior water treatment experience required - we invest in your growth from day one and throughout your career.
- 🧠 Support from experienced technical pros and a collaborative team culture.
- 🚀 Clear pathways for career growth
