Key Responsibilities
- Clean resident suites and common areas according to established procedures.
- Complete laundry duties with care and attention to detail.
- Report any maintenance concerns or damages observed in suites.
- Assist with tea service setup and cleanup.
- Support dining room cleanliness as needed.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols.
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physical cleaning tasks.
- Friendly, respectful, and resident-focused attitude.
- Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Level 1 Food Safe Certificate (Completed in the last 12 months).

Responsibilities

Requirements
Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow cleaning protocols. Candidates must be able to lift up to 40 lbs., work reliably both independently and as part of a team, maintain a friendly and resident-focused attitude, and hold a Level 1 Food Safe Certificate completed within the last 12 months.
