- Perform opening and closing duties at assigned venue
- Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management when needed
- Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed
- Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
- Photography experience not required
- Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
- Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
- Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
- Operate POS system and photography equipment
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- All other tasks as assigned
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Team player who can work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
- Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time

Responsibilities
Lead shift operations at a Santa photo venue, including opening and closing, reinforcing procedures, supporting and training team members, and troubleshooting operational or technical issues. Provide friendly guest service, take photos, process sales, operate equipment, and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
Requirements
Applicants should have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, good communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Candidates must be at least 18, able to work peak retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods; prior retail, service, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.
