We are now accepting applications for a Program Enhancement Coordinator position at The Centre for Learning@HOME located in Edmonton, Alberta.
Our Program Enhancement Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of a variety of events and physical education activities for home schooling students, in-person and online. Specifically, we are seeking someone to serve Edmonton and the surrounding area, including northern Alberta and facilitate in-person and online activities. The position also requires supporting the Connections@CFL program through supervision, classroom assistance, family communication, field trip coordination, and other duties as required. The ability to work independently is necessary, as is attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. Strong technology skills are required for developing monthly newsletters, reporting, social media posting, and booking logistics. Travel will be required, and overnight stays are necessary a few times each year to areas surrounding Grande Prairie.
The successful candidate will have a degree or diploma in Recreation, or equivalent training, basic first aid, and experience working with youth. Reliable transportation including the required levels of insurance are necessary and will need to provide a driver’s abstract as well as a criminal and vulnerable sector check.
This position runs concurrent with the school calendar. This is a Full-Time position, 37.50 hours per week on average.
