Collaboration & Project Support

Partner with Sales, National Accounts, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to support advisor development efforts.
Contribute ideas and recommendations that enhance Practice Management programs and advisor engagement.

Strong oral and written communication, relationship management, and facilitation skills.
Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate them effectively for a specific audience.
Demonstrated initiative, accountability, sound business judgement, and commitment to professional development.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality work on time.
Strong time-management and organizational skills, with acute attention to detail.
Professional maturity and emotional intelligence when working with advisors, colleagues, senior management, and external partners.
Flexibility and adaptability when dealing with changing priorities and business needs.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
Coaching certification, adult education, facilitation, presentation, or instructional design training is considered an asset.
Business travel will be required within this role, approximately 20%-30% of the time.
