What you'll be doing

As part of the PC&T Governance & Controls team, you'll help strengthen and sustain an effective control environment across the business. As a Consultant, PC&T Governance & Controls, you'll support control testing, sustainability testing, and external audits, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR), to help ensure risks are mitigated and governance, risk, and compliance requirements are met. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners and stakeholders to enhance control management frameworks and processes, while preparing control-based compliance reporting. You'll use your expertise to assess control effectiveness, identify gaps, and recommend improvements that support continuous improvement across the organization. In this role, you'll bring a thoughtful, risk-focused approach to helping the team deliver strong and consistent control practices.

How you'll succeed

Governance and control expertise - Apply your knowledge of governance, risk, and control principles to support a strong and sustainable control environment.
Control testing and assessment - Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of controls, identify gaps, and recommend practical improvements to strengthen risk mitigation.
Control lifecycle management - Support controls across their lifecycle, including design, implementation, monitoring, enhancement, and decommissioning.
Process improvement - Develop and enhance control-related processes and documentation to ensure they are robust, effective, and aligned with compliance requirements.
Stakeholder collaboration - Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and partners across regions to support audits, testing activities, and ongoing control management.
Reporting and delivery - Prepare control-based compliance reports and manage multiple priorities to deliver clear insights and meet timelines.

You bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in audit, risk, or governance, with strong knowledge of financial reporting controls, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR), operational controls, and regulatory compliance within Human Resources.
