As CoE Team Lead, you’ll provide centralized testing standards, strategy and tooling across multiple PBB Domains, enabling a federated model through reusable frameworks, AI-enabled capabilities, and continuous uplift to drive high-quality, scalable, outcome-aligned delivery. You'll work closely with partners across technology and the business to build testing maturity, promote continuous improvement, and ensure teams are equipped to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-moving environment.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.

Leadership and stakeholder partnership - Build strong relationships with technology leaders, delivery partners, and business stakeholders to influence quality outcomes and support strategic priorities. Lead, coach, and develop team members while creating an inclusive, accountable environment focused on growth and high performance.
