What you'll be doing
Global Asset Management (GAM) brings together investment expertise, risk insight, and technology to support better decision-making across complex portfolios. As a Senior Product Manager, you'll lead the product development, management, and delivery of our in-house Enterprise Risk Management Multi-Asset Portfolio Risk and Performance Analytics platform. You'll shape the product vision and roadmap for a critical analytics capability that supports portfolio construction, risk management, performance analytics, attribution, optimization, scenario analysis, and related investment functions. You'll work closely with quantitative teams, technology partners, and business leaders to translate complex needs into clear, prioritized product outcomes and reliable releases. You'll also help modernize the platform by advancing cloud, data, and engineering capabilities while embedding strong governance, controls, and model-risk discipline into the product lifecycle. In this highly visible role, you'll build alignment across multiple stakeholder groups and manage expectations with senior Capital Markets and GAM leadership through transparent decision-making and delivery planning.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. Details on your work arrangement (proportion of on-site and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview.
The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $111,060 to $152,710.
The base salary is determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s skills, experience, and job-related knowledge, as well as geographic location and specific business needs. Our compensation philosophy supports ongoing growth and development, enabling progression within the salary range as team members advance in their roles.
In addition to base pay, compensation for this role includes participation in an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program.
We are committed to providing fair, equitable, and competitive compensation opportunities for all employees and we encourage open conversations about compensation throughout the recruitment process.
