As a member of the Enterprise Real Estate and Workplace Experience team, you’ll help shape a modern, connected, inclusive, and high-performing workplace experience across CIBC’s real estate portfolio, including flagship and enterprise environments. As a Director, Workplace Strategy, you’ll lead the evolution, translation, and implementation of CIBC’s Global Workplace Experience Strategy across workplace transformation projects. You’ll also prepare clear recommendations and insights for senior leaders to support decision-making and the delivery of CIBC’s future workplace strategy.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote. Details on your work arrangement will be discussed at the time of your interview.

- Build strong partnerships – Work closely with partners across Enterprise Real Estate, Human Resources, Design, Technology, Corporate Security, Events, Retail, and Facilities Management to support coordinated planning and successful implementation.
- Present to senior leadership – Prepare clear, compelling findings, business cases, and recommendations for senior leaders and executive forums, highlighting benefits, risks, dependencies, and considerations for decision-making.
