What you'll be doing

Our Mobile Advice team supports the performance, effectiveness, and ongoing evolution of a key client-facing channel within CIBC. You'll manage and enhance scorecards for roles such as Mortgage Advisor, Area Sales Manager, and Regional Director, while providing analysis related to targets, commissions, and channel performance. You'll partner closely with business and technology teams to support change initiatives, prioritize requirements, and strengthen adoption of new capabilities. You'll also identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and standards, and develop executive-ready presentations, recommendations, and insights for senior leadership. In this role, you'll build strong relationships across the organization and help ensure work is delivered accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with applicable policies, standards, and controls.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You can effectively perform all work activities remotely, and will only be required to be on-site on an occasional basis.

How you'll succeed

You act like an owner. You thrive when you're empowered to take initiative, go above and beyond, and deliver results.
You can demonstrate experience in advanced reporting, scorecard management, forecasting, target setting, performance analysis, and creating executive-ready presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. It’s an asset if you have experience with reporting and analytics tools and a background in banking or financial services.
You have a degree/diploma in business, finance, analytics, economics, or a related field.
You live your values. You bring high standards, genuine care to your relationships, and want to grow with an employer that shares your values and brings out your best.
