Stakeholder communication and coordination - Lead the preparation of briefings, presentations, meetings, and ongoing status updates for senior management and partners to support timely decision-making and execution.
Budget and financial management - Manage and report on budget activity across initiatives, enhancements, and essential work by preparing funding requests, variance analysis, latest estimates, and business case inputs.
Contract and governance support - Develop and coordinate contractual documentation including summaries, amendments, statements of work, notices, and related governance materials while helping ensure vendor and contract governance protocols are followed.
Cross-functional partnership - Collaborate with business and corporate partners to confirm requests align with existing agreements, vendor management processes, and risk, security, and policy requirements.
Team support and continuous improvement - Identify opportunities to improve practices and procedures, contribute to a strong team culture, and provide guidance and coaching to junior team members.
