What you'll be doing
You will join a high-performing Capital Market Product Control team responsible for accurate daily P&L and risk reporting for Global Equity Derivatives and Cash Equity business lines. In this senior individual contributor role, you will own key daily and month-end product control deliverables, including daily financial estimates, P&L and risk reporting review, month-end financial reconciliations, and support for Valuation Adjustment (VA) and Independent Price Verification (IPV) reporting. You will work closely with front office, risk management, CFO group, accounting, and business stakeholders to help ensure financial integrity, strong controls, and operational excellence.

How you'll succeed
- Operational Excellence – Own and deliver daily and month-end processes accurately and on time, including Daily P&L, VA, IPV, G/L reconciliation, and related reporting requirements
- Process Improvement – Contribute to the enhancement, automation, and standardization of existing and new processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and control.
- Technical & Business Insight – Leverage strong analytical and technical capabilities to investigate variances, resolve issues, and support high-quality financial and risk reporting.
- Partnership & Influence – Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and partner effectively across front office, risk, finance, and accounting teams to support informed decision-making and timely issue resolution.
Who you are
- You can demonstrate experience 5+ years of relevant experience in product control, finance, or a related capital markets environment. You have strong technical skills in VBA and Excel. Experience with Alteryx is considered an asset.
