What you'll be doing

Technology Operations supports the tools, devices, and day-to-day services that help our teams work effectively across the business. As a Tech Connect Analyst Co-op, you'll support in-office technical operations and help create a smooth experience for team members during onboarding and daily support interactions. You'll assist with technical issue troubleshooting, laptop pickups and collections, queue management, and mailbox coordination while helping track and respond to outstanding requests. You'll also support operational activities such as vending machine transactions, chargeback processing, and general administrative tasks tied to service delivery. In this role, you'll build hands-on experience across technical support, service coordination, and client service while working closely with partners to keep operations running smoothly.

You must be currently enrolled in post-secondary education and returning to full-time studies to be eligible. However, you do not need to be in a registered Co-Op program to be considered for a role.

This is a 4 month opportunity.

How you'll succeed

Technical Support Coordination - Support day-to-day technical assistance by helping triage requests, managing service queues, and providing in-office support for common hardware and software issues.
Onboarding Support - Assist with onboarding activities including new hire laptop pickups, device preparation, and helping team members get set up with the tools they need.
Asset and Request Management - Help collect laptops, track outstanding tickets, and monitor shared mailboxes to ensure requests are addressed in a timely and organized way.
Operational Support - Contribute to the smooth delivery of Tech Connect services by supporting vending machine processes, service-related transactions, and chargeback activities.
Client Service - Deliver friendly, responsive support to employees by answering questions, following up on requests, and helping create a positive service experience.

Who you are

You are pursuing a degree/diploma in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
You can demonstrate experience in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Windows operating systems, Mac operating systems, ServiceNow, and basic technical troubleshooting. It’s an asset if you have previous experience in a technical support or service desk environment.
