Original job description

Opportunity Overview

CIBN Connect is seeking an ambitious, results-driven B2B High-Ticket Sales Representative to drive growth across our premium sponsorship packages and elite Mastermind memberships.

In this role, you will connect with business owners, corporate executives, and decision-makers to help them elevate their market visibility, scale revenue, and leverage CIBN Connect’s extensive global network. You will present high-value, consultative offerings ranging from $5,000 Mastermind programs to $10,000+ corporate sponsorships.

Primary Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outbound Prospecting

Identify and qualify target B2B companies, executives, and business owners who fit CIBN Connect's Ideal Customer Profile.
Conduct structured cold and warm outreach using phone, email, and social media platforms (primarily LinkedIn).
Leverage proprietary tools, including the CIBN Connect LinkedIn extension to generate high-value sales conversations.
Participate in online networking events and industry summits to build direct relationships with prospects.

Consultative Sales Execution

Conduct a structured two-appointment sales process: a thorough discovery call to understand business needs, followed by a customized proposal and closing presentation.
Present high-ticket solutions, including Regional Sponsorships ($10,000), Guardian Partnerships ($25,000+), and Mastermind Memberships ($5,000+).
Effectively communicate value propositions, return on investment (ROI) expectations, and brand positioning benefits to decision-makers.
Manage objections with professional authority and guide candidates seamlessly through to contract execution.

Pipeline & Relationship Management

Maintain active records of all prospect interactions, scheduled meetings, and follow-up activities.
Nurture prospective clients across a 15- to 90-day sales cycle to ensure high closing conversion rates.
Attend weekly sales tracking and strategic strategy meetings with CIBN Connect leadership.

Key Performance Indicators & Measurable Outcomes

To ensure success in this role, performance is measured against specific weekly and monthly activity targets:

25% flat commission on all Sponsorship sales ($6,000 to $25,000+).

25% flat commission on all Mastermind sales ($5,000+).

Support, Training & Sales Enablement

CIBN Connect provides full corporate backing and continuous lead-generation support to maximize your success:

Sales Pro Training: Direct weekly access to CIBN's Sales Pro scripting and tactical closing sessions every Wednesday.
Mastermind Access: Weekly Friday participation in CIBN Mastermind groups to build connections and prospect warm internal leads.
Dedicated Tech Suite: Premium access to the CIBN Connect Chrome LinkedIn Automation Extension and custom @cibnconnect.com corporate email account.
Marketing Collateral: Professional high-converting PDF brochures, event sponsorship packages, magazine spreads, and personalized LinkedIn banners.
Training & Methodologies: Access to proprietary courses and a copy of Smart Networking - The $150,000 Method.

Candidate Qualifications

2000+ LinkedIn Connections: Widely connected and willing to converse via LinkedIn Messaging. (Never spamming cold leads)
Prospecting Capability: Comfortable initiating cold conversations, establishing rapport with C-suite executives, and managing lead databases.

Self-Discipline: High level of self-motivation to consistently schedule and hold 10 sales appointments per week independently.
Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and online presentation skills.
