Transparency matters to us. For this role, you can expect a salary between $125,000-150,000 annually, depending on experience

As a Senior Director (PR), you are:

Strategic Program Development - You are a leader in the agency's strategic program & campaign development. You bring together diverse teams to achieve outstanding results.
Client & Account Stewardship - You are a client-facing leader who takes full ownership of your accounts, from day-to-day operations to long-term growth and success. You are responsible for both client satisfaction and team performance, demonstrating strong relationship management, leadership, and problem-solving skills - managing accounts independently.
Campaign & Project Management - You are a skilled project leader who can navigate complexity, optimize team performance, and deliver outstanding results. You are organized, efficient, and adept at bringing together diverse skill sets to achieve common goals.
AI Fluency (Advanced level) - You have a strong understanding of AI tools and technologies and their potential applications in PR and communications. You are proactive in learning about new AI tools, evaluating their capabilities, and exploring how they can enhance your work and the work of your team. You contribute to shaping the agency's approach to AI adoption and integration.
Financial Oversight - You demonstrate strong financial acumen by managing account P&Ls, budgets, staffing allocations, and revenue forecasting. You’re a self-starter with strong financial acumen and ready to take on greater responsibility. You are capable of managing complex financial tasks and driving account growth.
Growth/New Business - You are a proactive and results-oriented individual who plays a key role in driving the agency's growth. You are adept at building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals
Talent Development & Growth - You foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and high performance and address challenges proactively.

What you bring to the table:

8-10+ years of relevant experience in communications marketing and/or related fields, including agency or in-house communications roles.
Proven track record leading Integrated Agency Teams (IATs)
A strong ability to collaborate closely with Strategy, Creative, Earned, Social, Digital, Media and other integrated teams
Excellent leadership/ teamwork skills and the ability to multitask.
Excellent communication skills
Strong presentation and client engagement skills
Must be able to work independently
Interest and passion in training others and building knowledge across the organization
Well-organized, disciplined and detail-oriented
Experience collaborating across regions
