Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic analyses for Calgary's rivers and creeks, including frequency analyses, flow duration curves, and HEC-RAS modelling.
Participate in the River Engineering Team's watershed monitoring and forecasting program, serving as a Forecaster-on-Duty on a rotating basis to monitor flood, drought, and ice-jam risks.
Participate in flood emergency preparedness and response plans, tools, and exercises.
