Provide leadership and coaching for day-to-day operations and in emergencies.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have five years or more experience operating, maintaining, and repairing municipal water and sewer systems, including demonstrated experience with SCADA, water meter systems, and mobile mapping / GIS applications. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build trust, sustain morale, and inspire engaged teamwork, consistent productivity, and dependable results are essential.
