Architect, build, and maintain data infrastructure and data management frameworks, to enable the City’s business intelligence reports and dashboards
Monitor assigned application, integration, data and business intelligence service health and usage; resolve incidents, track service levels, and drive improvements to stability, performance, and user experience
Administer identity, access, and licensing for applications (e.g., roles and permissions, provisioning) in alignment with governance and audit requirements
Administer and monitor security configurations and controls to ensure compliance with applicable policies and standard operating procedures
Produce production-ready solutions with appropriate test planning and coverage; identify and mitigate delivery and operational risks throughout the solution lifecycle
