Prepare the annual budget for relevant programs in partnership with the finance team and client divisions

Manage capital and state of good repair upgrades to fuel infrastructure

Contribute to and carry out business continuity plans when necessary

Develop and implement Fleet policies and procedures, service level agreements with vendors and clients, and key performance indicators for management and operational oversight and control

Manage, motivate and train the team’s union and non-union staff, ensuring effective teamwork, high standards of work quality, continuous learning and innovation

Manage the human resources requirements of union and non-union staff, including workforce planning, hiring, discipline and performance management within the guidelines set out in Human Resources policies and procedures and applicable collective agreements
