Original job description

BUILD RELATIONSHIPS. DRIVE NEW BUSINESS. GROW YOUR SALES CAREER.

Are you a results-driven B2B sales professional who enjoys developing new business, building relationships with decision-makers, and closing deals?

City Wide Facility Solutions is looking for a motivated and confident B2B Sales Executive to join our Vancouver sales team.

In this role, you'll take ownership of the full sales cycle - from identifying potential clients and generating leads to delivering presentations, overcoming objections, and closing deals.

You'll represent a broad portfolio of 20+ commercial facility services, creating opportunities to address multiple facility maintenance needs for prospective clients.

You'll work closely with our account managers and sales team to develop mutually beneficial, long-term business relationships.

If you thrive in a sales-driven environment, enjoy prospecting, and have a proven track record of achieving your sales goals, we'd love to hear from you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Prospecting & New Business Development

Independently research and identify prospective business clients, find relevant decision-makers, and build your own contact lists for outbound sales activities.

Identify and qualify potential clients and new business opportunities.

Proactively generate new business through cold calling, field visits, and appointment setting.

Dedicate a minimum of 30 hours per week to prospecting and new business development activities.

Develop and manage your sales territory to build a consistent pipeline of opportunities.

Sales Process & Closing

Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing.

Understand prospective clients' needs and account requirements.

Conduct initial sales presentations and one-on-one meetings with potential clients.

Build rapport with decision-makers, explain our service capabilities, address objections, and close sales.

Establish and nurture mutually beneficial business relationships with clients.

CRM & Sales Organization

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.

Maintain and actively manage your Hot 25 list of priority sales opportunities in the CRM.

Follow an organized sales process to move prospects through the sales pipeline.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with account managers, sales colleagues, and operations and marketing teams.

Contribute to a positive and professional work environment through effective communication and teamwork.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Sales Experience & Performance

Minimum 2 years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in your most recent role.

Demonstrated track record of sales success over two full calendar years, including achievement of at least 105% of sales targets, supported by a sales scorecard or dashboard.

Strong prospecting skills and experience developing a sales territory.

Experience closing short-cycle B2B sales.

Ability to manage a structured sales process and move opportunities from prospecting through closing.

Communication & Relationship Building

Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Confidence conducting sales presentations and one-on-one meetings.

Outgoing, dynamic personality with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Ability to work effectively with colleagues across sales, operations, and marketing.

A positive attitude and enthusiasm for challenges.

Organization & Technical Skills

Proficiency with CRM systems, including accurate data entry and organized sales records.

Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Ability to stay organized and manage sales activities within a defined sales process.

Previous sales training or recognition, such as Sandler, President's Club, Dale Carnegie, or similar, is preferred.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Annual earning potential: $50,000-$100,000+, including base salary and uncapped performance-based commission.

Work schedule: 39 hours per week.

Medical insurance: Available after the probation period.
