Full Stack Engineer (Frontend (FE) Focused)

Class8 is building a suite of products to help trucking companies better run their business, and help them connect with freight opportunities through brokerages and other data partners. Our team works with real-time, big data across thousands of trucks, and creates apps across multiple surface areas including mobile, desktop, and embedded vehicles. Now we’re hiring a Full Stack Engineer, with an emphasis on front-end development, to help us scale fast. In This Role, You Will: Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and document scalable web and mobile applications, with a strong focus on frontend architecture and user experience. Build high-quality, maintainable frontend experiences while contributing to backend services and APIs as needed. Write automated tests and contribute to continuous integration and deployment pipelines to ensure reliable, high-quality releases. Uphold engineering standards through code reviews, profiling, testing, and continuous improvements to code quality and performance. Leverage AI effectively to accelerate development, improve engineering workflows, and streamline processes such as PR reviews, code cleanup, documentation, and testing. Research emerging technologies and frontend best practices, and proactively advocate for improvements to our development practices, architecture, and user experience.
